ABOUTMYPROPERTY
The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) has replaced the current Assessment Roll Values area on its website; www.mpac.ca with an expanded and improved site called: "AboutMyProperty"

This new online service is intended for the convenience of property owners who wish to review basic property valuation information. Through "AboutMyProperty" all property owners have access to their assessment roll information (e.g. current value assessment, legal description, lot size etc.) and assessment roll values on comparable properties of their choice. Residential property owners will be able to review enhanced property details such as year built, square footage, site area, legal description, current value assessment etc.

To use this application, a property owner must first register with "AboutMyProperty" by calling the Customer Contact Centre during regular business hours @ 1-866-296-6722. A customer service associate will verify the caller's property and ownership information and send them a username and temporary password by e-mail.

Once registered, property owners will have access to the following information free of charge, for each property they own:

One (1) Property Profile Report
Twelve (12) Assessment Roll Look Ups on the properties of their choice

Additional reports and Assessment Roll Look Ups are available at a nominal cost within the site.
