SUMMER STUDENT EMPLOYMENT

The Township of Lanark Highlands is seeking applications from students interested in summer work in the following areas:
Parks & Recreation Labourer (2)
Administrative Assistant (1)
Students must be responsible and able to work in both a team and individual environment. Preferred skill sets include some or all of the following:
- Experience working with volunteers and the public
- Gardening and “handyperson” ability
- Excellent computer skills
- Good time management
- Administrative abilities
- Valid class G Driver’s License
- Some weekend and evening work may be required
Positions will be 37.5 hours/week at a rate of $14.00 per hour, some evenings and weekends may be required. Detailed job descriptions are available at www.lanarkhighlands.ca
All student positions are expected to begin early June and are designed for college or university level students.
