A Course in Boundaries

Join me, Haley Bowes RSW; RYT, for a unique learning experience that is vital to our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. We are all born with an innate need for connection, however rarely taught how to build and maintain these connections in a healthy manner. “A Course in Boundaries” is designed to do just that; learn, practice, and set internal and external personal boundaries.

  • How often do you say “yes” when you’d like to say “no”?
  • Do you find yourself pleasing family, friends, or colleagues at your own expense?
  • Do you remain in unhealthy situations longer than you should?
  • How do you respond to others who are in need of your time, energy, money, and love?
  • Are you giving more than you have to give and experiencing resentment?

If you can relate to any of these questions, it’s time to do your inner work.

We will uncover boundary patterns, while learning new skills and resources to re-pattern our habitual boundaries. Anchored by hands-on sessions and playful conversation, we’ll take stock of where we are right now and where we want to be. In addition to our time together, I will be staying in touch, providing you with small exercises and support along the way. This is a journey not to be taken lightly, and you are not alone!

“A Course in Boundaries” is divided into three sections, each with their own unique lesson, practice, and supportive offerings.

  • Setting External Boundaries
  • Setting Internal Boundaries
  • Setting Sexual Boundaries

Upon completion of this course you will feel more freedom and connection to both yourself and others. Navigating uncomfortable situations will come with greater ease, and your level of self-compassion will increase. Healthy personal boundaries are a vital part of all relationships, and it is our personal responsibility to build and maintain them.
