Join Haley for an intensely physical, grounding, and healing Forrest yoga class, derived from founder, Ana Forrest. This practice is built on the basis of four pillars: breath, strength, integrity, and spirit. Forrest yoga places an emphasis on finding connection in the body through deep breathing; becoming centered through core strength; becoming self-aware of your ‘edges’; and lastly, creating a sense of freedom off the mat.
