First of all, thank you to everyone for your patience. We understand this is a difficult time for everyone.
Crews have opened most, if not all of the roads. For the time being, we will be standing by to assist hydro and other agencies if required. Given the hazards of downed power lines, crews will be leaving those issues to hyrdo professionals.
Once again, if you need to contact public works for an emergency, please call 613-264-7329.
Thank you.

Saturday May 21st, 10:46pm

Crews have been working all afternoon and into this evening. The goal was to open as many roads as possible. They have gone home for the night and will be out to cleanup again tomorrow morning.
There are some roads with downed power lines and other hazards identified by traffic cones. Please avoid these areas.
Another update will be provided tomorrow (May 22nd). If you need to report an emergency, please contact the emergency number at 613-264-7329.
We thank you for your patience and understanding.
