TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lanark Highlands will hold a public meeting as per Procedural By-law on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering a request to stop up, close and sell a portion of the unopened road allowance described as being about 223m between Lot 18 Concession 3 and Concession 4, Lanark Township.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed request will provide access to a public road for a land-locked property so that it can be developed.
