CASUAL EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Salary Range: $25.53 - $31.64
(Depending on Experience)

The Township seeks dependable and motivated individual with knowledge of operating heavy equipment and road maintenance. This position may require working a variety of shifts including days, evenings & weekends on a casual, as-needed, basis from May 1st to November 1st.

Reporting to the Public Works Manager, Equipment Operators are required to have a current DZ license for this position. Duties include but are not limited to operating heavy equipment including snowplows, minor repairs/maintenance of equipment, maintaining & cleaning the garages, tools and storerooms, maintaining an incident report register, performing road maintenance and general labour duties.
