Tree Removal and Pruning at Clyde Memorial Park NOTICE
In the coming weeks, a tree at Clyde Memorial Park is scheduled to be removed and replaced.
During a windstorm in May, a large limb fell from the tree. Following the incident, a certified arborist was contacted to assess the condition. Unfortunately, the inspection revealed severe stem issues, and the tree has been deemed unsafe and requires removal.
Residents are advised that the arborist has confirmed there is no immediate danger to the public, and Clyde Memorial Park can continue to be safely enjoyed while arrangements are made for the tree's removal.
The stump will be ground out, and a new tree will be planted shortly thereafter to help maintain and enhance the park's natural beauty for future generations.
Additionally, several other trees on the property will undergo necessary limb pruning and removal to address safety concerns and help ensure the continued safety of park users.
