TAKE NOTICE THAT the Township of Lanark Highlands has received a site plan application for 284 River Farm Lane.
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To seek approval for an addendum to the existing site plan control agreement (registered as LC87054) to permit the construction of a new kitchen/dining facility and a new septic system. The property is currently zoned “Commercial Recreational exception 2 (CR-2)” which permits the current use of the property. The proposed new septic system is greater than 10,000 l capacity and therefore is regulated by the MECP. An application to MECP for the new septic system has been submitted by Kollaard Associates and dated March 6, 2026. The site plan addendum is to recognize the location of the new proposed septic system and the new proposed kitchen/dining facility. All other site development matters are managed under the existing site plan control agreement registered on the title of the property.
