Monday, October 26, 2026.
Eligible electors will have the opportunity to vote for their local council and school board representatives.
Council Positions Available in the 2026 Election
Council
The Council of the Township of Lanark Highlands is composed of seven (7) members:
Reeve – 1 position
Deputy Reeve – 1 position
Councillor – 5 positions (one Councillor per ward)
All positions are for a four-year term, beginning on November 15, 2026, following the municipal election.
School Board Trustees
School Board Trustee positions will also be on the ballot. Details will be posted when confirmed.
