“Your logo does not give meaning to the community… The community gives meaning to your logo” – Tom Graham, T.D Graham & Associates
Lanark Highlands Council & Staff have been undertaking a rebranding initiative for the Township throughout the past year. During this initiative the question has been asked “What makes Lanark Highlands a great place to live?”.
Council started the initiative by directing staff to create a Community Survey to be presented to the public throughout the summer months. This survey allowed the Township to obtain valuable data on what the residents of Lanark Highlands envisioned for the future of the Township.
Council awarded a contract for the municipal re-branding project to T.D Graham & Associates. A company 30+ years doing municipal branding projects, and who is currently hired to redesign the Township website.
Three community workshops were held by T.D Graham and Staff throughout the Township asking residents to express their opinions on “What makes Lanark Highlands a great place to live?.”
Utilizing this extremely valuable information from the community survey as well as the workshops; T.D Graham & Associates presented to Council on November 19th, 2019 a new brand for Lanark Highlands.
