Fire Ban Lifted

The Township of Lanark Highlands advises that the Fire Ban has been lifted effective August 29, 2025. Residents are reminded to continue exercising caution when burning and to follow all applicable burning by-laws and permit requirements. Please ensure fires are never left unattended and are fully extinguished before leaving the area. Thank you for your cooperation during the fire ban period.
Lanark Highlands Waste Site Hours Labour Day Long Weekend 2025 Lanark Highlands waste sites that are regularly open on Sundays will be CLOSED Sunday, August 31st,and will be OPEN Monday, September 1st, with Sunday hours. There will be no changes to the Middleville waste site hours on Monday, September 1st.
