Declaration of Significant Weather Event - January 9th, 2026

As per Regulation 239/02 of the Municipal Act 2001, the Township of Lanark Highlands is declaring a Significant Weather Event effective Friday, January 9th, 2026 from approximately 8:00 a.m. This declaration suspends the standard timelines required for the Township to meet their winter maintenance standards until the significant weather event has ended.
