The Township of Lanark Highlands is pleased to announce that Joseph Bingley will be joining our Public Works Department as the Operations Supervisor as of May 26, 2025. With over 19 years of experience in civil construction and a strong focus on infrastructure maintenance, Joseph brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our community.
Before joining the Township, Mr. Bingley served as a General Foreman in the private sector, where he successfully managed complex civil projects, maintained essential equipment, and led crews to complete work safely, on time, and within budget. His background is a testament to his ability to deliver infrastructure improvements while upholding strict safety standards and operational efficiency. Joseph has also served as a volunteer firefighter in neighbouring municipalities for 20 years.

In addition to field experience, Joseph brings a deep understanding of municipal policies, budgeting processes, and workplace safety regulations, making him a strong asset as the Township continues to invest in maintaining and improving its critical infrastructure.
The Township looks forward to the leadership and hands-on experience that Joe will bring to our municipal operations, and we eagerly anticipate the positive impact he will have on our Lanark Highlands.
