PW-2026-03 RFP Traffic Counting Services

This RFP is an invitation by the Corporation of the Township of Lanark Highlands to prospective Bidders to submit a bid for TRAFFIC COUNTING SERVICES.  The Township currently has four hundred and nine (409) road segments, which have designated road classifications.  The purpose of the RFP is to engage a consulting firm to provide traffic counting related services for the Township’s road segments in support of the drafting of a new roads by-law, and determining future levels of service throughout the Township.

Physical submissions will be accepted at the Township office located at 75 George Street, P.O. Box 340, Lanark, Ontario K0G 1K0 (Attention: Kathryn Maton) until May 12, 2026 at 2:00 pm Eastern Time (E.T)
