West White Lake Area Winter Maintenance (2 year contract)
This Tender is an invitation by the Corporation of the Township of Lanark Highlands to prospective Bidders to submit a bid for West White Lake Area Winter Maintenance for the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 winter seasons, with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions (2027/2028 and 2028/2029).
The contract is for the maintenance of approximately 12 km of class 5 and 6 roads with gravel and/or surface treated surfaces in accordance with applicable Minimum Maintenance Standards and Township requirements.
Physical submissions will be accepted at the Township office located at 75 George Street, P.O. Box 340, Lanark, Ontario K0G 1K0 (Attention: Kathryn Maton, Manager of Public Works) until September 30, 2025 at 2:00 pm Eastern Time (E.T).
