The Township of Lanark Highlands passed By-law No. 2025-1961 on April 22nd, 2025, to amend Zoning By-law No. 2003-451 to allow for the change of zoning of the subject lands from “Rural (RU)” zone to “Rural – 43-h (RU-43-h)” on lands legally described as Part Lot 15, Concession 3, geographic Township of Lanark, now in the Township of Lanark Highlands.
Any person who objects to this by-law may appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) by giving the OLT and the Clerk of the Township of Lanark Highlands, within 30 days after the date of publication of this notice of passing, a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the by-law and the reasons in support of the objection, accompanied by the fee charged by the OLT.
