We Heard You — Now Help Us Define Our Mission
As we continue developing a new Strategic Plan, Council and staff are working with the community to define the Township’s future direction — our Vision — and the steps that will help us get there — our Mission.
The Mission Statement describes how the Township carries out its work each day: how we serve residents, manage resources, and put our values into action.
Based on feedback from six community consultation sessions and discussions with Council and staff, we’ve developed several draft Mission Statements that reflect shared priorities such as trust, transparency, financial responsibility, and sustainability.
We’d like your feedback to help refine this part of the Strategic Plan. Please tell us which Mission Statement best reflects how you believe the Township should operate to achieve its long-term goals.
