The Township of Lanark Highlands is pleased to announce the hiring of Scott Richardson as its new Chief Building Official (CBO), who will begin duties on January 5, 2026. Scott is registered as a Chief Building Official and brings experience in municipal building services and house/small building design. Notice of Lanark Village Overnight Snow Removal Operations

Lanark Highlands Public Works staff will be conducting snow removal operations within the village of Lanark starting on December 12th, 2025 at 11 p.m. Snow removal operations are expected to continue until December 13th at approximately 5 a.m. Please ensure that all vehicles, obstructions and personal property have been removed from streets, sidewalks and rights-of-way.
