TAKE NOTICE THAT the Planning Department of the Township of Lanark Highlands has received an Application for a Zoning By-law Amendment and was deemed complete on November 22^nd, 2022;

AND THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lanark Highlands will hold a PUBLIC ELECTRONIC TELECONFERENCE AND IN PERSON MEETING as per procedural By-law on Tuesday, January 10^th, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering a proposed zoning by-law amendment under Section 34 of the Planning Act. In order to assist the Committee in its review of the proposal, you are requested to provide comments on or before January 10^th, 2023.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT:

The proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment will permit a new permanent residential dwelling on the property and the conversion of the existing cabin into an accessory dwelling.  The provision of two (2)    dwellings on the property require changes to the zoning.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION is available for public inspection by appointment at the Township of Lanark Highland’s Municipal Office during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.

The nature of the Zoning By-Law Amendment is a condition of application for consent, B22-040 for 1771 4^th Concession B Lanark.
